1-   Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms.

  • When the participant needs to reschedule or cancel:

1.A – Late arrivals:

Attendees arriving after 10 minutes later of schedule time cannot participate or enter the class. You can reschedule within the next 30 days upon payment of a $20 fee; if you choose not to reschedule, you will not receive a refund and may lose your completed online portion (for courses that require online work completion).

1.B – No show or no contact: 

If you do not show up to the class or skills session scheduled date and have not contacted us within 24 hours before the time of the start of the class (or have not completed the online portion before the in-person class starts, on courses that have an online portion), you are not entitled to receive a refund of any amount neither reschedule the class; you will have to pay the total price and enroll again for a new date if you choose to do so.

1.C – Class Reschedule: 

You can reschedule your class without any fees for the next available date if you contact us before 48 hours of the in-person class/skills session time. However, suppose a rescheduling request is made within the 48 hours or less preceding the in-person/skills class start; in that case, you will have an additional $15 fee before setting a new date.

1.D – Unforeseen circumstances cancelation:

In the case of an unpredictable event such as subtle illness, accidents, injuries, natural disasters, or disease of a dependent (including pets), Items “A,” “B,” and “C” will be overwritten by this session upon the presentation of official documentation such as valid doctors note or other related professional (veterinarian, dentist for example), police reports, or other that is valid and legit documented reason to the absence; the note must include the date(s) the participant was absent from to grate the reschedule without any fees. No refunds.

1.E – Cancellations: 

No refunds are offered for any classes or courses. You can reschedule dates as seen in items 1.A, 1.C, 1.D. No exceptions will be made.

1.F – Unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters affecting our operations and services: 

We, Everlong Preparedness LLC reserved the rights to change times and dates of classes if an unexpected event occurs, such as, but not limited to, an instructor having a subtle illness at the last minute or an official storm alert requesting individuals stay put at the shelter, the event/class will be canceled. All enrolled participants will be notified of the emergency cancellationimmediately. Afterward, an email with new instructions will follow within 48 hours. In those cases, no extra charges will be imposed to our costumes.

1.G – The minimum of participants not reached:

A minimum number of participants per class is necessary for some classes to occur; this requirement is imposed by the organizations that regulate the certifications and materials, and we have no control over it.

 

If the minimum number of participants signed up is not reached 24 hours before the class/event start time, it will be transferred to a new date. We will send an email and a text/SMS notifying you of the changes and all related information, including the new date and time for the class. If unsatisfied with the new dates and times, you can get a refund (minus processing fees of payment) or choose another date from our upcoming open classes. You have 60 days to use the credit you paid for the new date with us.
